Beckhoff BK1120 EtherCAT Bus Kuplörü, standart Bus Terminalleri için
BK1120 EtherCAT Kuplörü, fieldbus seviyesindeki EtherCAT protokolü ile Bus Terminalleri arasındaki bağlantıdır. Bağlayıcı, geçen telgrafları Ethernet 100BASE-TX'ten dahili, fieldbus'tan bağımsız terminal veriyoluna dönüştürür. Bir istasyon, bir kuplör ve 64 adede kadar Bus Terminali artı bir veriyolu ucu terminalinden oluşur. EtherCAT sisteminin proses görüntüsü otomatik olarak atanır. 255'e kadar Bus Terminali, K-Bus uzantısı ile bağlanabilir.

BK1120'nin iki RJ45 soketi vardır. Üst Ethernet arayüzü, bağlayıcıyı ağa bağlamak için kullanılır; alt soket, aynı segmentteki diğer EtherCAT cihazlarının isteğe bağlı olarak bağlanmasına hizmet eder.
Her biri 24 V DC olan sistem ve saha beslemesi doğrudan kuplörde sağlanır. Ekli Bus Terminalleri, sağlanan sistem voltajından iletişim için gerekli akımla sağlanır. Saha beslemesi, 10 A'ya kadar güç kontakları aracılığıyla ayrı G / Ç bileşenlerine iletilir.
