EL1002 dijital giriş terminali, proses seviyesinden ikili 24 V kontrol sinyallerini alır ve bunları elektriksel olarak izole edilmiş bir biçimde üst seviye otomasyon ünitesine iletir. EtherCAT Terminali, sinyal durumlarını ışık yayan diyotlar aracılığıyla gösteren iki kanala sahiptir.
